These terms govern the marketing website at seomonster.avansaber.com. The SEOmonster open-source server itself is licensed separately under the MIT License; see LICENSE in the GitHub repository. Use of the open-source server is governed by that license, not by this page.

Who is providing this site

AvanSaber Inc. ("we", "us"), with offices in California, Texas, and Pune, operates this website.

Using the site

You can read, link to, and share content from this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that disrupts service for others. You may not misrepresent it as your own. You may not use it for spam outreach.

Content accuracy

We try to keep the site current. Pricing, capabilities, and integrations change over time. We are not liable if you make a decision based on outdated text on this site without verifying with us first.

Enterprise engagements

When you engage AvanSaber to run SEOmonster for your team, that engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, not by this page. Contact [email protected] to receive the MSA template.

Intellectual property

The SEOmonster name, the SEOmonster logo, and the design of this site are property of AvanSaber Inc. The SEOmonster open-source software code is MIT-licensed and free for any use.

Third-party links

We link to GitHub, PyPI, Cloudflare, Google, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability limitation

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvanSaber Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes get a visible banner at the top of the site for 30 days before they take effect.
